Common use of Reaffirmation by Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation by Guarantors. Each Guarantor hereby unconditionally and irrevocably ratifies and reaffirms (a) all of its payment and performance obligations, contingent or otherwise, under each of the Loan Documents to which it is a party and (b) its Guarantee of the Obligations (including any Obligations in respect of the Commitments (and all L/C Obligations and Swing Line Exposures thereunder) as increased hereby) pursuant to the Guarantee Agreement and confirms that such Guarantee continues to have full force and effect, in each case after giving effect to this Agreement and the amendments to the Revolving Credit Agreement effected hereby. In addition, each Guarantor hereby agrees that the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, the Guarantee Agreement,) shall remain in full force and effect and [[5255041]] shall continue to be the legal, valid and binding obligation of the undersigned, enforceable against it in accordance with its terms.
