Common use of Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents. Each Guarantor hereby agrees that all of its obligations and liabilities under the Existing Credit Agreement and each Security Document to which it is a party remain in full force and effect on a continuous basis after giving effect to this Second Amendment.

Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents.
