Common use of Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents. The Guaranty and each Security Document is hereby reaffirmed as of the date hereof in all respects jointly and severally by each of the Guarantors, and shall continue from and after the date hereof and shall remain in full force and effect from and after the date hereof, and the obligations guaranteed under the Guaranty and secured pursuant to the Security Documents shall include the Borrower’s obligations under the Credit Agreement as amended by the Fifth Amendment and under the Second Restated Term Note.

Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents. The Guaranty and each Security Document is hereby reaffirmed as of the date hereof in all respects jointly and severally by each of the Guarantors, and shall continue from and after the date hereof and shall remain in full force and effect from and after the date hereof, and the obligations guaranteed under the Guaranty and secured pursuant to the Security Documents shall include the Borrower’s obligations under the Credit Agreement as amended by the Fifth Fourth Amendment and under the Second Restated Term Revolving Note.
