Reaffirmation of Originator Support Agreement Clause Samples
The Reaffirmation of Originator Support Agreement clause serves to confirm that the originator continues to uphold and be bound by the terms of a previously executed support agreement. In practice, this clause is typically included in subsequent agreements or amendments to ensure that the originator's obligations—such as providing financial support, information, or other assistance—remain in effect despite changes in the underlying transaction or parties involved. Its core function is to maintain continuity and enforceability of the originator's commitments, thereby preventing any ambiguity or lapse in support that could arise from modifications to the original arrangement.
