Common use of Reaffirmation of Release Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Release. On the Separation Date or within 21 days thereafter, Executive shall execute the Release Agreement that is attached as Exhibit B (the “Confirming Release”), and return her executed Confirming Release to the Company pursuant to the Notice provision set forth in Section 19 below, so that it is received by Company no later than 21 days after the Separation Date. Executive acknowledges and agrees that this provides sufficient time to consider the Confirming Release. Executive further acknowledges and agrees that, as a condition of receiving the compensation and benefits described in Section 2, she is required to timely execute and return the Confirming Release and not exercise her revocation right as described therein.
