Common use of Reaffirmation Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation. Borrower and Guarantors reaffirm and restate as of the date hereof each and every representation and warranty made by the Borrower, the Guarantors and their respective Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of such Persons in connection therewith except for representations or warranties that expressly relate to an earlier date.

Reaffirmation. Borrower and Guarantors reaffirm and restate as of the date hereof each and every representation and warranty made by the Borrower, the Borrower and Guarantors and their respective Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of such Persons in connection therewith except for representations or warranties that expressly relate to an earlier date.

Reaffirmation. Borrower and Guarantors Guarantor reaffirm and restate as of the date hereof each and every representation and warranty made by the Borrower, the Guarantors Borrower and Guarantor and their respective Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents (as amended hereby) or otherwise made by or on behalf of such Persons in connection therewith except for representations or warranties that expressly relate to an earlier date, which representations or warranties shall only be required to have been true and correct in as of such earlier date and except for changes in factual circumstances not prohibited under the Loan Documents.

Borrower and the Guarantors reaffirm and restate as of the date hereof hereof, each and every representation and warranty made by the Borrower, the Guarantors and their respective Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of such Persons in connection therewith (except for representations or warranties that which expressly relate solely to an earlier date (in which case such representations and warranties shall have been true and correct in all material respects on and as of such earlier date) and except for changes in factual circumstances not prohibited under the Loan Documents).

Each of Borrower and Guarantors reaffirm Guarantor reaffirms and restate restates as of the date hereof each and every representation and warranty made by the or on behalf of Borrower, the Guarantors and Guarantor or any of their respective Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of such Persons in connection therewith except for representations or warranties that expressly relate to an earlier date.

Borrower reaffirms and Guarantors reaffirm and restate restates as of the date hereof each and every representation and warranty made by the Borrower, the Guarantors Borrower and their respective its Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of such Persons in connection therewith except for representations or warranties that expressly relate to an earlier date.

Borrower and Guarantors each Guarantor reaffirm and restate as of the date hereof each and every representation and warranty made by the Borrower, the Guarantors each Guarantor and their respective Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of such Persons in connection therewith except for representations or warranties that expressly relate to an earlier datedate and, in the case of representations or warranties contained in Loan Documents executed prior to the Effective Date, except to the extent of changes resulting from transactions permitted in the Loan Documents and except as previously disclosed in writing by Borrower to Agent and approved by Agent in writing.
