Common use of Real or Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Real or Personal Property. [ORS 190.020(1)(d)]. Lincoln County shall physically locate and establish a Homeless Response Office and provide such office space and meeting room space as is needed for Homeless Response Office operations and Homeless Response Advisory Board meetings as contemplated in this Agreement. Other parties may provide satellite office space for Homeless Response Office operations or may offer meeting rooms for meetings. The Parties may donate personal property to the County for purposes of establishing the office.
