Common use of Real Property Collateral Clause in Contracts

Real Property Collateral. Notify the Administrative Agent, within ten (10) Business Days after the acquisition of any owned real property by any Credit Party that is not subject to the existing Security Documents, and within ninety (90) days following request by the Administrative Agent, deliver such Mortgages, title insurance policies (with copies of all exceptions to such title insurance policies), environmental assessments and reports, flood certifications, surveys and other documents reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent in connection with granting and perfecting a first priority Lien, subject to the Intercreditor Agreement and other than Permitted Liens, on such real property in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, all in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Notify the Administrative Agent, within ten (10) Business Days days after the acquisition of any owned real property or lease by any Credit Party of any real property that is not subject to the existing Security Documents, and within ninety sixty (9060) days following request by the Administrative Agent, deliver such Mortgages, title insurance policies (with copies deeds of all exceptions to such trust, title insurance policies), environmental assessments and reportsassessments, flood certificationssurveys, surveys landlord waivers and other documents reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent in connection with granting and perfecting a first priority Lien, subject to the Intercreditor Agreement and other than Permitted Liens, on such real property in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of itself and the LendersSecured Parties, all in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Real Property Collateral. Notify The Borrowers will notify the Administrative Agent, within ten (10) Business Days days after the acquisition of any owned real property by any Credit Party Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries that is not subject to the existing Security Documents, and and, within ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days following a request by the Administrative Agent, deliver such Mortgages, title insurance policies (with copies of all exceptions to such title insurance policies), environmental assessments and reports, flood certifications, surveys reports as are then in existence and other documents reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent (consistent with the requirements of Section 9.12) in connection with granting and perfecting a first priority Lien, subject to the Intercreditor Agreement and other than Permitted Liens, on such real property in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of itself and the LendersSecured Parties, all in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
