Neither Bing▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ any of its Subsidiaries own any real property and, except as set forth on Schedule 4.02(t), and except for real property of the type classified as OREO (other real estate owned) on the Bing▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇ancial statements (i.e., foreclosed property not owned for the operation of Bing▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇iness), none of them has ever owned any real property.
