REAL PROPERTY SURVEYS. 6.6.1. Within 30 days of the date hereof, CBS may procure, at its expense, with respect to each parcel of real property owned by Entercom and used in connection with the operation of the Stations, a current survey of each such parcel of real property, prepared by a licensed surveyor, and conforming to current ATLA Minimum Detail Requirements for Land Title Surveys, disclosing the location of all improvements, easements, party walls, sidewalks, roadways, utility lines, transmitting towers, tower guy anchors and other matters customarily shown on such surveys, and showing vehicular access affirmatively to public streets and roads (the "Survey"). 6.6.2. Within ten (10) business days of receipt of the Surveys, CBS shall give Entercom copies of the Surveys and notice of any exceptions to matters revealed by the Surveys that would materially and adversely affect the Stations as currently operated (the "Objectionable Exceptions"
