Reallocated Positions Clause Samples

The "Reallocated Positions" clause defines how certain roles, responsibilities, or job positions within an organization may be reassigned or redistributed, typically in response to organizational changes such as restructuring, mergers, or workforce optimization. This clause outlines the process for identifying which positions are subject to reallocation, the criteria for selecting employees to fill these roles, and any notice or consultation requirements for affected staff. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and fair framework for managing workforce changes, minimizing confusion and disputes during periods of organizational transition.
