Reallocated Principal Collections. On or before each Transfer Date, the Servicer shall instruct the Trustee in writing (which writing shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto) to withdraw from the Principal Account and apply Reallocated Principal Collections (applying all Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections in accordance with subsections 4.12(a) and (b) prior to applying any Reallocated Class B Principal Collections in accordance with subsection 4.12 (a) for any amounts still owing after the application of Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections) with respect to such Transfer Date, to make the following distributions on each Transfer Date in the following priority:
