Common use of Reasonable and Continuing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Reasonable and Continuing Obligations. Executive agrees that Executive’s obligations under this SECTION 8 are obligations that shall continue beyond the date Executive’s employment with the Company and its subsidiaries terminates, regardless of the reason for such termination, and that such obligations are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company and its subsidiaries. In addition, the Company shall have the right to take such other action as such entity deems necessary or appropriate to compel compliance with the provisions of this SECTION 8, including seeking injunctive relief.
