Reasonable and Continuing Obligations. Executive agrees that Executive’s obligations under this Section 9 are obligations which will continue beyond the date Executive’s employment terminates and that such obligations are reasonable and necessary to protect Bakkt’s and its affiliates’ legitimate business interests. Bakkt in addition shall have the right to take such other action as Bakkt deems necessary or appropriate to compel compliance with the provisions of this Section 9.
