Common use of Reasonable Best Efforts to Complete Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Best Efforts to Complete. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including Section 5.02 and Section 5.04, the Parties shall each cooperate fully with the other and use its reasonable best efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable to consummate and make effective, in the most expeditious manner practicable, the transactions contemplated hereby.
