Common use of Reasonable Efforts to Close Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Efforts to Close. Each of Company, the Stockholders, the --------------------------- Optionholders, Flagship and PQC shall use its or their respective reasonable efforts to proceed to the closing of the transactions contemplated hereby and to satisfy any of the conditions precedent to the other Parties' obligations set forth in Articles V and VI to the extent such conditions are within such Party's control.
