Common use of Reasonable Terms Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Terms. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the provisions outlined in this Section 8 above are reasonable limitations as to the time, geographic area, and scope of activity to be restrained and are no greater than necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of Employer, including the interest of Employer in protecting and preserving the value of its Confidential Information and the relationships with customers, clients, suppliers, employees, and prospects developed by or on behalf of Employer.
