Reasonableness of restraint. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that each of the restraint obligations imposed by this clause 10 is reasonable in its extent (as to all of duration, geographical area and restrained conduct) having regard to the interests of each party to this agreement and extends no further (in any respect) than is reasonably necessary and is solely to protect the Company’s legitimate interests.
