Reasonableness of restraint. Each Seller, SPL Guarantor and ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ each acknowledge that each of the restrictions imposed by this clause 17: (a) is reasonable in its extent (as to duration, geographical area and restrained conduct) having regard to the interests of each party to this Agreement; and (b) extends no further, in any respect, than is reasonably necessary and is solely for the protection of the Buyer and the Group in respect of the goodwill of the Business.
