Common use of Reasonableness of Scope and Duration Clause in Contracts

Reasonableness of Scope and Duration. The parties hereto agree that the covenants and agreements set forth in this Section 9 are reasonable in their time, territory and scope, and they intend that they be enforced, and no party shall raise any objection to the reasonableness of the time, territory or scope of any such covenants in any proceeding to enforce such covenants. If Company fails to make any payment(s) under the terms of this Agreement, and such default is not cured within fifteen (15) days following a notice of default to the Company, then the Executive may terminate this Agreement and will be released from Executive’s obligations under this Section 9.
