Common use of Reassignment of Surplus Clause in Contracts

Reassignment of Surplus. After termination of this Indenture and the payment in full of NFLP Obligations, any proceeds of all the Collateral received or held by the Trustee shall be turned over to NFLP and the Collateral shall be reassigned to NFLP by the Trustee without recourse to the Trustee and without any representations, warranties or agreements of any kind.
