Reattachment or Subsequent Attachment Following Removal. After CLEC’s facilities have been properly removed pursuant to the provisions of this article, neither the removed facilities nor replacement facilities shall be attached to SBC MISSOURI’S poles or placed in SBC MISSOURI’S conduit system until CLEC has first submitted new applications for the facilities and complied with the provisions of this Appendix.
