Recall list and recall rights. The Board shall maintain a recall list of all bargaining unit employees laid off and eligible for recall which shall include the laid off employees’ name, seniority date, layoff date and facility. An employee laid off shall be entitled to fill a vacancy at any Board facility or department within a facility for a period of one (1) year after the effective date of the employee’s layoff, for which the employee is qualified. Employees on the recall list shall be provided notice of vacancies of positions 25 hours a week or greater on the CCC website.
