RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES Sample Clauses

The 'Receipt and Delivery Pressures' clause defines the required gas pressure levels at which the seller must deliver gas to the buyer and the buyer must receive it at specified points. Typically, this clause sets minimum and/or maximum pressure requirements at the delivery and receipt points, ensuring that the gas is compatible with the receiving pipeline or facility. By clearly establishing these pressure standards, the clause helps prevent operational issues, ensures system compatibility, and allocates responsibility for maintaining appropriate pressure levels between the parties.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. Shipper shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Transporter the gas to be transported hereunder at pressures sufficient to deliver such gas into Transporter's system at the Receipt Point(s). Transporter shall deliver the gas to be transported hereunder to or for the account of Shipper at the pressures existing in Transporter's system at the Delivery Point(s) unless otherwise specified on Exhibit A.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. All Gas tendered by or on behalf of CUSTOMER to COMPANY shall be tendered at the Receipt Point(s) at Union’s prevailing pressure at that Receipt Point, or at such pressure as per operating agreements between Union and the applicable Interconnecting Pipeline as amended or restated from time to time.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. 10.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement, Shipper shall deliver Gas to Transporter at the Receipt Points at a pressure of not less than 3100 kPa gauge. 10.2 Transporter shall deliver Shipper’s Gas at the Delivery Point at no less than the minimum pressure as specified in the Service Agreement.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. Shipper shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Granite State the gas to be transported hereunder at pressures sufficient to deliver such gas into Granite State's system at the Receipt Point(s), and where applicable at the Upstream Pipeline's Receipt Point(s). Granite State shall deliver the gas to be transported hereunder to or for the account of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the pressures existing in Granite State's system at the Delivery Point(s), or, where applicable, at the pressures existing in the Upstream Pipeline's system at the Delivery Point(s).
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. 3.1 Pressure - Shipper shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Transporter the gas to be transported hereunder at pressures sufficient to deliver such gas into Transporter's system at the Receipt Point(s), provided such pressure shall not exceed 877 psig. Transporter shall deliver the gas to be transported hereunder to or for the account of Shipper at the pressures existing in Transporter's system at the Delivery Point(s) unless otherwise specified on Exhibit A. 3.2 Alternate Points - By designating Receipt or Delivery Points as Equivalent Points on Exhibit A, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Transporter may utilize such points for actual receipts or deliveries as alternatives depending upon operating conditions and upon confirmation by the upstream or downstream operator at such points; provided such alternation does not result in interruption of Shipper or an imbalance of receipts and deliveries.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. A. All Gas delivered by Shipper shall be delivered at pressures sufficient to enter Transporter's Facilities at the working pressures maintained at the Receipt Point(s) from time to time. Transporter agrees to operate the Facilities in such a manner as to keep inlet suction pressure at less than 5 pounds. B. All Gas delivered hereunder by Transporter at the Delivery Point(s) shall be delivered at pressures sufficient to enter such designated Delivery Point(s) not to exceed 1440 pounds per square inch gauge.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. Shipper shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Transporter the gas to be transported hereunder at pressure sufficient to deliver such gas into Transporter's system at the Receipt Point (s). Transporter shall deliver the gas to be transported hereunder to or for the account of Shipper at the pressures existing in Transporter's system at the Delivery Point (s) at a minimum pressure of 275 pounds per square inch gauge pressure unless otherwise specified on Exhibit A. If Shippers gas is supplied by a third party pipeline connect, the minimum pressure of 275 pounds per square inch gauge pressure does not apply.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. 7.1 Shipper shall deliver to Gatherer Gas Tendered pursuant to this Agreement at the Point of Receipt at operating pressures that exist from time to time in the Gathering System, not to exceed the MAOP of the Gathering System, as may be determined from time to time. If Shipper desires to deliver Gas at the Point of Receipt on any Day in excess of such operating pressure, then Gatherer shall have the right, but not the obligation, to receive such Gas at such higher operating pressure. Gatherer’s refusal to receive Shipper’s Gas at such higher operating pressure shall not relieve Shipper of any of its obligations under this Agreement; provided, however, that if an event of Force Majeure renders the Gathering System unable to receive Gas at the Point of Receipt at essentially the same operating pressure prevailing in the Gathering System immediately prior to the event of Force Majeure, Shipper shall be relieved of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent its firm capacity rights are curtailed consistent with the terms of Exhibit C, Section 2.1, until such time as Shippers capacity rights are fully restored, when Shipper’s obligations will again be at one hundred percent (100%). 7.2 Redeliveries of Gas by Gatherer to or for the account of Shipper at the Point of Delivery shall be at such pressures that may exist from time to time in the Gathering System at the Point of Delivery. Gatherer’s obligation to deliver Gas to the Point of Delivery shall be subject to the operational limitations of any Downstream Transporter receiving such Gas, including capacity, Gas measurement capability, and operating pressures. In no event shall Gatherer be required to redeliver Gas at the Point of Delivery at a pressure in excess of the maximum required delivery pressure at such Point of Delivery.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. NICOR Gas shall have no obligation to accept the receipt of gas from North Shore at any hourly rate which exceeds 6.25% of any confirmed daily service nomination. Further, no such excess gas shall be accepted for receipt unless NICOR Gas can effectuate a comparable hourly rate of gas deliveries, on a thermally equivalent basis, into North Shore's facility. For the purpose hereof, NICOR Gas shall have no transportation service obligation unless North Shore can effectuate the delivery of gas into the NICOR Gas system at the receipt point. Same day transportation deliveries by NICOR Gas to North Shore shall be effectuated at a delivery pressure of not less than 275 pounds per square inch. NICOR Gas shall have no transportation service obligation unless North Shore can accept NICOR Gas deliveries at the delivery point.
RECEIPT AND DELIVERY PRESSURES. Pressure at Point of Receipt. Transporter will receive Customer Gas at the prevailing pressure at which such Customer Gas is delivered to the applicable Point of Receipt by the operator of the applicable Plant.
