Common use of Receipt by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Receipt by Trustee. In accordance with Sections 9.6, 10.4 and 11.4 of the Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers’ Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Fourth Supplemental Indenture complies with the applicable requirements of the Indenture.

In accordance with Sections 9.6, 10.4 9.06 and 11.4 11.04 of the Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers’ ' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Fourth Supplemental Indenture complies with the applicable requirements of the Indenture.
