Common use of Receipt of Closing Documentation Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Closing Documentation. All documentation relating to the due authorization and completion of the purchase and sale of the Shares and all actions and proceedings taken on or prior to the Time of Closing in connection with the performance by Sellers of their obligations under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory to Buyer and the Buyer's Solicitors and Buyer shall receive copies of all such documentation or other evidence as it may reasonably request, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer and Buyer's solicitors;

Receipt of Closing Documentation. All documentation relating to the due authorization and completion of the purchase and sale of the Shares and all actions and proceedings taken on or prior to the Time of Closing in connection with the performance transactions contemplated by Sellers of their obligations under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory to Buyer Purchaser, acting reasonably, and the Buyer's Solicitors and Buyer Purchaser shall receive copies of have received from Seller all such documentation or other evidence as it may reasonably request, request in form order to: (i) establish the taking of all necessary corporate and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer shareholder actions and Buyer's solicitors;proceedings in connection with such transactions; and (ii) the completion of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
