Common use of Receipt of Closing Documentation Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Closing Documentation. All documentation relating to the due authorization and completion of the Merger under this Agreement shall be satisfactory to the Corporation, acting reasonably, and the Corporation shall have received copies of all extra documentation or other evidence as it may reasonably request in order to establish the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the taking of all corporate proceedings in connection with such transactions in compliance with these conditions in form (as to certification and otherwise) and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Corporation.
