Receipt of Communications. After the Effective Time, each Party (or any member of its Group) may receive mail, packages, electronic mail and any other written communications properly belonging to another Party (or any member of its Group). Accordingly, at all times after the Effective Time, each Party is hereby authorized to receive and, if reasonably necessary to identify the proper recipient in accordance with this Section 2.6(e), open all mail, packages, electronic mail and any other written communications received by such Party that belongs to such other Party, and to the extent that they do not relate to the Business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, packages, electronic mail or any other written communications (or, in case the same also relates to the Business of the receiving Party or another Party, copies thereof) to such other Party as provided for in Section 10.6; it being understood that, if a Party receives a telephone call that relates to the Business of the other Party, then the receiving Party shall inform the person making such telephone call to contact the other Party. The provisions of this Section 2.6(e) are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute an authorization by any Party to permit the other Party to accept service of process on its behalf, and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of any other Party for service of process purposes.
