Common use of Receipt of Consideration Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Consideration. The Corporation has received, prior to the date of execution hereof, $8,000 of the consideration to be paid hereunder. Said sum along with the $92,000 to be paid on the Closing Date as set forth in paragraph 3(b) shall constitute all of the cash consideration to be paid hereunder.
