Receipt of Documentation. Each of the Banks shall have received, in each case immediately upon their becoming effective, a copy of the definitive documents between and among the other parties involved in the Transaction, including but not limited to: (i) all agreements to which Borrower is a party or by which it is bound, between or among Borrower and/or Pillsbury and/or the Investor; and (ii) any amendments to or consents required under the Pillsbury Documents, the Insurance Company Loan Documents, the ABN Reimbursement Agreements and any other Facility Document. 5.
