Common use of Receipt of Escrow Property Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Escrow Property. (a) Upon execution of this Escrow Agreement and upon the Closing of the Offering, the Company shall cause to be deposited $200,000 into a United States Dollar denominated account (the “Escrow Account”) established by the Escrow Agent.
