Common use of Receipt of Escrow Property Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Escrow Property. Upon execution hereof, the Parent shall deliver to the Escrow Agent the amount of $5,000,000 (the “Escrow Property”) in immediately available funds.

Receipt of Escrow Property. Upon the execution hereof, the Parent shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Escrow Agent the aggregate amount of $5,000,000 9,750,000 (together with any other funds from time to time held in escrow hereunder, whether in cash or in the form of any investment or reinvestment or otherwise, including any income and other accessions thereto, the “Escrow Property”) in immediately available funds.
