Receipt of Notices sent by email Sample Clauses
The 'Receipt of Notices sent by email' clause defines when an email notice is considered officially received by the recipient. Typically, this clause specifies that notices sent via email are deemed received either upon actual delivery to the recipient's inbox or after a set period, such as one business day, regardless of whether the recipient has read the message. This provision ensures both parties have a clear and predictable understanding of when communications are effective, reducing disputes about whether and when important contractual notices have been delivered.
