Common use of Receipt of Requests Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Requests. (a) A Borrower may borrow Advances under Tranche A or Tranche B if the Agent receives, not later than 3.00 p.m. on the third Business Day before the proposed Utilisation Date, or, in the -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- case of an Advance in Sterling, not later than 3.00 p.m. one Business Day before the proposed Utilisation Date, a duly completed Request copied to the US Swingline Agent. (b) A Borrower may borrow Swingline Advances if: (i) in the case of Swingline Advances in U.S. Dollars, the US Swingline Agent receives, not later than 11.00 a.m. (New York City time) on the proposed Utilisation Date; (ii) in the case of Swingline Advances in Sterling or euros, the Agent receives, not later than 9.00 a.m. (London time) on the proposed Utilisation Date,
