Common use of Receipt of Requests Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Requests. (a) A Borrower may borrow Advances under the Revolving Credit Facility (other than Swingline Advances) if the Agent receives, not later than 5.00 p.m. on the third Business Day before the proposed Drawdown Date, or, in the case of an Advance in Sterling, not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Business Day before the proposed Drawdown Date, a duly completed Request, copied, to the Euro Swingline Agent. (b) A Borrower may borrow Swingline Advances if the Euro Swingline Agent receives, not later than 9.30 a.m. (Central European time) on the proposed Drawdown Date, a duly completed Request, copied to the Agent.
