Common use of Receivables Schedule Clause in Contracts

Receivables Schedule. The information set forth in (i) the -------------------- Receivables Schedule and (ii) the data file regarding the Receivables as of the Cutoff Date delivered by the Seller to the Insurer prior to the Closing Date shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date, and no selection procedures believed to be adverse to the Securityholders or the Insurer were utilized in selecting the Receivables from those motor vehicle receivables of IMAC which met the selection criteria set forth in this Agreement.
