Receiving and Shipping. This capability shall include dedicated space(s), as necessary, for the receipt, inspection, and handling of elemental mercury containers. It shall allow for truck docking, offloading, inspection and transfer of received elemental mercury to the Storage Facility. It shall also allow for inspection, packaging, marking, manifesting, and truck docking and loading for shipments of secondary waste out of the Storage Facility. The functions performed in this area include: C.4.4.1.1 Visual inspection and air sampling of the received shipment for container conditions and signs of elemental mercury leakage, as necessary. C.4.4.1.2 Segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous other materials arriving along with elemental mercury containers that are not intended to be included in long-term storage. These materials may include truck bracing, cushioning, and packaging materials. C.4.4.1.3 Management and disposition of materials received that are not to be placed into long-term storage.

C.04.3.1.2 Segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous other materials arriving along with mercury containers that are not intended to be included in long-term storage. This material may include truck bracing, cushioning, and packaging materials. C.04.3.1.3 Disposition and disposal of materials received that are not to be placed into long-term storage.
Receiving and Shipping.  Receiving and shipping areas must have controlled access and contingency plans that implement modified procedures to restrict shipping and receiving to mission critical products during times of elevated threat.
Receiving and Shipping. All shipments to Event Facility are subject to a receiving fee of $.99 per pound. Event Facility assumes no responsibility for items shipped to or from the facility. Any damage must be addressed with the individual carrier. Event Facility is not responsible for lost or misplaced freight. All non-building equipment, freight, decorations, and miscellaneous items must be removed from the premises at the expiration of the event. Items left beyond this time will be treated as abandoned equipment and disposed of as Event Facility sees fit. Event Facility is not responsible for any materials left unattended. Event Facility is not responsible for outgoing shipments. Exhibitors need to make prior arrangements to have exhibit materials packed and shipped out after an event. Event Facility does not pack, store, or return-ship signage or banners, and will not guarantee the return or condition of any signage or banners left on premises after an event has moved out and all signage has been removed.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack Goods to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package Goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging.” Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any Goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If this Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward Goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for Goods until Goods are delivered and Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If this Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward Goods collect. For Goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of Goods shipped except on Goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller shall ship Goods in accordance with the Boeing Global Routing Guide found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/logistics.html. Upon Buyer’s request, Seller shall identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non-conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal.   • Packaging and Shipping All shipping containers shall be packed and packaged to: (i) ensure safe arrival to final destination; (ii) secure the lowest transportation costs;(iii) comply with requirements of common carriers; (iv) meet Buyer's written instructions; and (v) meet the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

  • PACKING AND SHIPMENT Deliveries shall be made as specified without charge for boxing, carting, or storage, unless otherwise specified. Articles shall be suitably packed to secure lowest transportation cost and to conform to the requirements of common carriers and any applicable specifications. Order numbers and symbols must be plainly marked on all invoices, packages, bills of lading, and shipping orders. Bill of lading should accompany each invoice. Count or weight shall be final and conclusive on shipments not accompanied by packing lists.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
