Receiving and Storing Materials. The Contractor is responsible for protecting any stored materials until they are placed in service. The Contractor is responsible for receiving and unloading delivered goods. Government employees will not receive materials or supplies for the Contractor and will not be responsible for damage to Contractor equipment or materials.
