Common use of Reception Area Clause in Contracts

Reception Area. The parties will enter into a lease, at the same per-square-foot rate currently in effect between the parties for the BOk Tower, for a reception area to be constructed as part of the corridor connection to be constructed by WHBC between the BOk Tower and the Center pursuant to agreements currently in effect between the parties.
