Recertification Sample Clauses

A recertification clause requires a party to periodically confirm that certain conditions, qualifications, or representations remain true throughout the duration of an agreement. In practice, this may involve submitting updated documentation, certifications, or attestations at specified intervals or upon request. The core function of this clause is to ensure ongoing compliance and to provide assurance that the standards or requirements initially agreed upon continue to be met, thereby reducing the risk of undisclosed changes or lapses.
