Common use of Recipient of Distributions Clause in Contracts

Recipient of Distributions. All distributions of cash or property to be made to the Partners pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall be made directly to the parties entitled thereto at the addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement, or at such other address as shall have been set forth in a notice sent pursuant the provisions of Section 20.2.
