Common use of RECIPIENT PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

RECIPIENT PERFORMANCE. a) The Recipient agrees to utilize Grant Funds only to implement the activities described in, and in accordance with the terms of: (i)the Recipient's application, as amended by the Special Conditions attached as Schedule A; (ii)this Agreement; and (iii)all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
