RECOGNITION AND COVERAGE. 1:01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining agent with respect to all matters properly arising under the terms of this Agreement for all of the Employer’s Electricians, Carpenters, Special Operators and Flymen, employed at ▇▇▇▇ House Theatre save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor. The term “employee” or “employees” wherever used in this Agreement shall mean any or all of the employees in the bargaining unit as herein defined unless the contract otherwise provides.

The term “employee” or “employees” wherever used in this Agreement shall mean any or all of the employees in the bargaining unit as herein defined unless the contract context otherwise provides.

The term “employee” or “employees” wherever used in this Agreement shall mean any or all of the employees in the bargaining unit as herein defined unless the contract otherwise provides.
