Common use of Recognition of Assignee Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Assignee. From and after the date hereof, subject to Section 10 below, C▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall recognize Assignee as owner of the Mortgage Loans and will perform its obligations hereunder for the benefit of the Assignee in accordance with the Purchase Agreement, as modified hereby or as may be amended from time to time, as if Assignee and C▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ had entered into a separate purchase agreement for the purchase of the Mortgage Loans in the form of the Purchase Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, as amended by this Agreement.

Recognition of Assignee. From and after the date hereof, subject to Section 10 below, C▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Seller shall recognize Assignee as owner of the Mortgage Loans and will perform its obligations hereunder for the benefit of the Assignee in accordance with the Purchase Agreement, as modified hereby or as may be amended from time to time, as if Assignee and C▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Seller had entered into a separate purchase agreement for the purchase of the Mortgage Loans in the form of the Purchase Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, as amended by this Agreement.
