RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. Section 1. Recognition: In accordance with P.E.L.R.A., the school board recognizes the Eden Prairie Education Association as the exclusive representative of teachers employed by the school board of Independent School District 272, which association representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by P.E.L.R.A. and as described in the provisions of this Agreement.
