RECOGNITION OF THE PARTIES. 2.1 The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community School, hereinafter "Employer" or "District" hereby recognizes Northern Michigan Education Association-Michigan Education Association, an affiliate of the National Education Association, hereinafter the "Association", as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative, for the purpose of and as defined in the Public Employment Relations Act, as amended, MCLA 423.201 et seq.: MSA 17.455 (1) et seq., (PERA), for (as certified by the Michigan Employment Relations Commission) all full-time and regular part-time Employees including office clerical Employees, aides, cafeteria Employees, custodial, maintenance Employees, bus drivers and mechanics, including head bus driver and head of maintenance, excluding supervisors, secretary to superintendent, certified teaching Employees, and all other Employees.
