Recognition of Union Representatives. The Employer will recognize individuals and/or employees elected, appointed or designated by the Union as a representative. In doing so the Union will notify the Employer in writing of the duties and responsibilities of each of the individuals or employees concerned and will keep the Employer current should changes occur.
