Common use of Recommendations of the Committees Clause in Contracts

Recommendations of the Committees. For the purposes of recommending what amendments should be made to this Agreement pursuant to section 5.1, the Implementation Committee shall take into consideration the recommendations received from the Business Opportunities Committee and the Employment and Culture Committee. In the case of early termination of the Operation Phase or Abandonment of the Whale Tail Project, the Business Opportunities Committee and the Employment and Culture Committee shall continue in existence until such time as they have provided their recommendations to the Implementation Committee.
