Common use of Record Books Clause in Contracts

Record Books. ○ The City shall prepare and deliver to Metrolinx a record book for each completed Property acquisition containing, without limitation, copies of appraisals, surveys, environmental and other reports prepared by the City or third parties, agreements of purchase and sale, a record of negotiations, notes, closing documents, Approval Submission, Metrolinx approval and any other relevant information pertaining to such Property. 2.6 The City is not liable for any incorrect information provided by Metrolinx save and except that the City shall immediately notify Metrolinx if and when it becomes aware of any such misinformation or discrepancy in information known or ascertained by the City. 3.
