When it is necessary to formally confer with an employee concerning his or her performance and/or necessary to document such performance, a record of the conference and/or documentation will be made and forwarded to the Human Resources Department and shall be placed in the employee's personnel file, and a copy given to the employee. * Work days will be defined as “Days which the administration office is open for normal hours of operation.”
